Trendy, chic boutiques and eateries are established in the neighbourhood while it still maintains the atmosphere of an old, small town. The old family mansions evoke a sense of luxurious history, while newer town homes and business establishments add vibrancy and life to the area. The area also features mature trees and lush landscapes that have been well preserved over the years, even with all of the new development here, and the area still gives you a sense of laid back living.

Schools and Educational Facilities

Mimico is close to different schools and educational facilities. The library is just at the 47 Station Road where hundreds of resources are available for studying. George R. Gauld Junior School and High Park Centennial Montessori School aren’t too far either.
