When I say wall murals what do you think of… a beach scene in Hawaii? Well, times have changed – and so have trends with wall murals. While scenic art still may tickle your fancy, abstract prints are definitely in, and are perfect ways to being some colour and a conversation piece into your condo space.
I like the idea of a feature wall which allows the eye to focus on one area which sets the theme – especially in a condo environment. Pick a wall to be your centrepiece or focal point and work from there – keeping into consideration the colour and textures of the furniture there like your sofa, side tables, lamps and rug if you have one.
These wall murals come in various qualities, from non-textured finishes to textured, acrylic on canvas compositions. The prices vary from as little as $100 for an eight foot by eight foot high wall mural to thousands. Depending on your budget, you can get what works for you. I prefer the murals that have a texture and some substance (or, if you are really feeling artistic and ambitious, you could get a blank canvas and paint your own).
The wall murals I am showing here are available through designers. Any queries can be emailed to me.
